We firmly believe that diet and exercise go hand and hand. Its not only a temporary change but a lifestyle change. We came up with this program because our Founder and President Toby McGrail knew he needed to make a change in his daily life and he believed that it all starts with dieting. You also need to remember its a 50-50 scenario. What I mean by that is it has to be 50 Percent Exercise and 50 Percent Dieting.

In March of 2005 I weighed 310 pounds. I began running every day. When I first began running I could not even run a half a mile without feeling extremely winded. So each day I slowly increased by distance and concentrated on the distance more than my speed. I also worked out at the gym 3 times a week. While keeping this program I went on a very strict eating program. I began eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, salads, jello, and low fat popcorn.

As I continued this program for about 5 months I was able to lose an astonishing 130 pounds in an amazing 4.5 months. I went from wearing a size 44 Waist all the say to a 32 Waist.
